Can I cancel my order?
We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible.
However, we always want to help so please drop us an email (with your order number) to email@example.com, or talk to us via Live Chat below, and we’ll try our best to get your order cancelled for you.
If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time (within 24 hours after purchase), your refund will be processed right away.
Can I change my order information?
We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible so we can't make sure if we're able to change your order address, item variant or quantity.
However, we always want to help so please drop us an email (with your order number) to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all details for your adjustment, or talk to us via Live Chat below, and we’ll try our best to get your order adjusted
How can I track my order?
When your item is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and link to a website where you can track your parcel.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.

US orders take approximately 10 to 15 business days to be delivered after it has been shipped out. In the Holiday season, shipment may be delayed 5 to 7 business days, hope you understand. Shipping to other countries is usually 15-20 business days.

I haven't received my order. Now what?
Although we try to choose trackable services for our orders, things don’t always go according to plan. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us via Live Chat or shoot us an email to email@example.com.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. And thus, it can take up to a month to arrive, so please be patient. We can only consider an order missing one month after despatch.
We’re working on faster options. Promise.
I received a damaged/defective item.
Especially shipping factor, that eventually makes our products defective or damaged.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us about your problem(s) and don't forget to attach photos/videos that clearly show the problem for better support.
There are 3 options that we can offer:
- We will either send you a REPLACEMENT
- You RETURN our product to get a full refund (return center is not located in the US)
- Or you can KEEP the product and receive a 50% REFUND.
Please be informed that you can only choose 1 of 3 options above, and it is the final solution for your request.
We accept returns on products that were shipped out by us and the item is defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item, damaged or faulty).
Return with Full Refund Eligibility does not include cases which are NOT of wodeair Store error, such as;
- BUYER MISTAKE on purchasing item color, description or quantity, or any other Buyer error.
- Items past the 30-day warranty period (since delivery).

Something is missing in my order. What do I do?
If you ordered more than one product, it’s very likely that they will arrive separately as our products are made by various partners. You should receive tracking for each parcel as they are despatched, so please check the tracking on your missing item.

Tracking shows "delivered" but I still haven't got my package.
If you received the delivery notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the porch/doorstep, please don't worry, there are a few possibilities and steps to do in that event.
- It could be delivered to the PO Box if you have one. Please stop by the post office to collect your package.
- Your neighbors and housemates might have received it in error. You might want to reach out to them.
- USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "Delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
If the package does not show up (an extremely rare occasion), please call the post office (make sure you call the LOCAL OFFICE), and NOT the HOTLINE. You should ask them who delivered the package and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
